Costume Suggestions

Tell your guests to dress up as their favourite pop stars and music icons. The night can be more fun if you set a decade for the night, pop stars of the 60’s, the 70’s and so on. The 80’s would make a great theme for dressing up with hair gel and fluoro clothes.

Guests could even come to the party dressed as characters from famous pop songs, such as Lola, the Mighty Quinn, and more. Let their imagination run wild because there are many songs to choose from.

Decorations

Decorate the house using posters of pop stars. You could try searching the internet for icons from different decades for some fun memorabilia.

Album covers would also make for good decorations.

You could even make your own fake pop charts, using the names of guests but adding to their names so that they sound like band names.

Food Suggestions

Serve ice cream cones with a strip of liquorice inserted at the bottom of the cone so that it looks like a microphone.
