Partyroom Terms & Conditions
Rental period is 4 hours: 11am-3pm or 5pm-9pm, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to have room vacated on time will result in $100 fee. This affects following parties taking place! Evening parties only may extend hours by calling hotline (416 903 9381) and purchasing additional hours at $25/hr(+tax)
Client is to pick up key on Friday between 10am & 12pm
Client has full use of party facility and games mutually agreed upon.
Client is fully responsible to provide own food/beverages/party supplies.
NO SMOKING inside facility at any time!
NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION.
NO GUM, PUTTY, SILLY STRING and NO TAPE on any surfaces allowed!
Healys (shoes with wheels) are not permitted as they scratch floor.
All appliances and games must be unplugged at the end of party. All lights must be switched off.
Party room must be left in clean condition at the end of party.
Client must remove all items they have brought with them.
Garbage needs to be placed in proper receptacles(max 3 bags provided…additional are $5/each), floors swept and counter surfaces wiped. Please ensure that washroom waste bins are also emptied. Failure to clean room according to agreement will result in a $50.00-$100.00 cleaning fee charged to client.
NO shoes, food or beverages are allowed in the children’s play area. Adult supervision of children is required at all times.
Client is financially responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any fixtures, equipment or facility
features.
Client must adhere to all safety requirements according to rules given prior to event, written instruction, or verbal. Client is fully responsible for their guests.
Client acknowledges that Event Direct Inc., it’s associates and agents cannot be held responsible for the actions of the client, the client’s agents, guests, &/or attendees. We are not liable for
injuries.
At the end of event, Client must make sure that all guests have exited facility, lights and appliances have been turned off, room is clean, door is locked and key is deposited back into facility as
explained by Event Direct Inc. FAILURE TO LOCK DOOR WILL RESULT IN $500 CHARGE
AND POSSIBLE REPLACEMENT COSTS OF ITEMS DAMAGE D DUE TO THIS NEGLIGENCE! KEY MUST NOT BE LEFT IN MAILBOX!
Client understands that a 50% non refundable deposit has been retained to book party room facility. Balance of payment is due upon key pickup, and use of credit card # has been
authorized for any damages.
I have carefully read and fully understand all terms and conditions above
listed in relation to the rental of Event Direct Inc’s party room
facility. I fully agree to adhere to all of these terms and
conditions.
